Dive deep into your emotions! Through the works of art at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, we explore the mysterious world of emotions and social behavior.
By closely observing the paintings, sculptures, and photographs, we learn how to better understand the subtleties of our emotions and that of others. We observe various social behaviors through the ages and cultures, and experience the benefits of art therapy.

Danse et théâtre avec les Grands Ballets canadiens et le Théâtre du Nouveau-Monde
Through dance and theater, we practice expressing all the nuances of our emotions. We dance, move around, whisper, proclaim, and play out our emotions! We design costumes, interpret our own texts… we unwind – and have loads of fun!
L’ART DANS TOUS SES ÉTATS will help you gain greater self-awareness and better understanding of human emotions through a positive social experience with young interns and volunteer students who participate in the program.
COOKING HEALTHY AND BALANCED MEALS!
At the ITHQ
The goal of this training is to develop healthy eating habits and autonomy in the kitchen for one’s personal development and increased employability.
This is a hands-on training where we discuss security, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen. We plan meals, read labels, etc… And you get to bring home what you cooked!
The goal is to improve your health, ensure your safety in the kitchen, develop your taste for a variety of foods, improve self-esteem, and develop friendships… In short, a comprehensive training to improve your quality of life while developing competencies useful for the job market.
With the Partageons L’Espoir organization
This program, based on the Harvard Healthy Food Pyramid and the Harvard Healthy Eating Plate, was developed by a doctor concerned with chronic illness prevention. It was introduced in Canada by the Community Food Centers and combines practical and enjoyable cooking sessions with nutritional information to develop healthy eating habits and promote physical exercise. The ultimate goal is for the participants to make lasting changes in their life habits.
