L’ART DANS TOUS SES ÉTATS!

Visual art and art therapy at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts

Dive deep into your emotions! Through the works of art at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, we explore the mysterious world of emotions and social behavior.

By closely observing the paintings, sculptures, and photographs, we learn how to better understand the subtleties of our emotions and that of others. We observe various social behaviors through the ages and cultures, and experience the benefits of art therapy.

L’ART DANS TOUS SES ÉTATS!

Danse et théâtre avec les Grands Ballets canadiens et le Théâtre du Nouveau-Monde

Through dance and theater, we practice expressing all the nuances of our emotions. We dance, move around, whisper, proclaim, and play out our emotions! We design costumes, interpret our own texts… we unwind – and have loads of fun!

L’ART DANS TOUS SES ÉTATS will help you gain greater self-awareness and better understanding of human emotions through a positive social experience with young interns and volunteer students who participate in the program.
